[GAMEPLAY] Caitlyn autoattack timing

I was playing Caitlyn earlier, and I noticed that her auto attack timing was extremely inconsistent. The damage would be dealt anywhere between the very start of her animation and when the particle actually hit the target. This makes last hitting very difficult, and it makes judging her damage output difficult as well.

TO REPRODUCE:

1. load into a game as Caitlyn
2. autoattack things

It occurs to me that it might be related to my masteries, as I currently am playing as ap and have the Arcane Blade mastery.

I am now playing a second game with her headhunter skin, and I am not finding the same bug. I cannot capture video, unfortunately.
