Two bugs : Vayne Condemn and Thresh

I was playing with a vayne who got dived on by the enemies. Their adc was tanking, and vayne managed to condemn the adc before dying. The adc died under tower, but got executed instead of the kill going to vayne. Condemn does do damage btw.

Next bug.

I was playing adc Ashe, and i was walking close the wall near drag pit, when the enemy thresh hit me with his hook from the other side of the wall. Somehow, his hook managed to pull me completely over the wall, instead of me just being stuck against it. Allowed for enemies to easily pick me off. RIP.
