Taliyah W quotes which got fixed but not quite 100% actually (on Freljord Taliyah)

As someone who rly likes Taliyah alot I was excited when I read that in this patch her W quotes will come back. Jumping right into the game with her skin this excitement was gone quickly because they weren't played at all.

The problem is that the voice lines aren't completely fixed. I went into the practice mode to test it

Classic Taliyah: The quotes on her W work perfectly fine

Freljord Taliyah: Her W quotes don't work, even after throwing the dummies over half the map.

please fix this bug and give Freljord Taliyah the quotes she deserves
