My lol freeze and there is electric sound coming out from my hesdset

Pls somebody help, i got i new computer with intel i3 9100f and rx 570 8gb, it can run any games medium to high resolution, but my lol accidently crashes when im in game wether its tft or summoners rift it freeze somewhere around 15-30 mins with electric sound coming out from the headset. I thought it was a hardware problem, but when i play other games it works completly fine like PUBG or Dauntless which required better specs but they can run perfectly fine so there is no hardware problem, im so confused please help
