Can't Play LOL :(

My brother and I have been playing League on a new desktop since January. It has worked flawlessly until Wednesday May 18,2016. We are able to log-in and queue up into games, but when the game starts it brings us to "The game has crashed" screen. It also pulls up a tab saying: "The instruction at 0x77860fb2 referenced memory at 0x025d2afc, The mamory could not be written.

Click on OK to terminate the program."

How do I fix this?

While I havent seen this problem before could you tell us your specs? How long has the computer been owned/ how old is it. Have you checked your temperatures? When's the last time you opened it?

Try reinstalling League. I think a few files may be corrupted and trying to access a restricted memory location. I have never had this before though.
