-31 LP in 30 minutes because the client left me in the loading screen with no notifications

I sat in the loading screen for upwards of 15 minutes each, the client was not frozen and let me interact with everything and the loading bar moved. I got to 100% and sat there waiting for my game until the game closes out and says I was the reason for a remake. The client wasn't frozen and was completely fine with interactions, the second time I even closed the loading screen and tried to reload it and nothing worked. And now here I am, 31 less LP and having more of my limited time wasted in which I chose to invest in this game. Not only a waste of today's time, but the time and effort from the day before's games. I'm assuming there has to be a way to compensate for this ridiculousness, right?
