Annie perm stun visual.

Played an aram just before, and the enemy player on annie has a permanent stun visual. Only way we would be able to see if stun was actually available was to click on their champ (which as most of us know is hard to maintain in an aram). I reported the player as I was not sure if they were using some third party program or exploiting a bug or what. Someone else stated it was a bad install, but this annie is who cares, Im on a 7 y/o comp i aint reinstalling. So is this a actual bug that just popped up or is this player using some dodgy install or third party program. I think it would be a BIG disadvantage to enemies if a player was exploiting this. No one is going to go in on an Annie with stun up if they can help it.
