Ziggs bombs bug

During a game of ARAM, the bombs Ziggs of the q and e went invisible. Just the fuses of the bomb were visible, this was the case for everyone on my team + enemy team.

I remember playing against that once in SR. It was terrible to try and dodge the q especially, the e was somewhat visible.
