Game crashing for no reason and I get penalized

I am a fan of the game and have spent some money on it. My client keeps crashing in the middle of game play and now come to find out I am being penalized for it. I don't think this is fair and I want my voice to be heard.

I got the same thing, but it was riot's servers not mine, since my internet was working perfectly fine. I got 20 minutes queues because of I, and I feel sad.
