[GAMEPLAY] Azir sand soldier bug

Whenever azir has a sand soldier within the range of and inhib, he wont attack the inhib. Instead, the sand soldier will play the animation and it will do no dmg. this might have been resolved, as there has been two patches since i found this bug. but i havnt read about it anywhere so i think its still up.
