Bug: UI Confine Mouse Cursor with Multiple Monitors

Brief Description: In game, regardless of settings, mouse cursor is not confined to in game window while running multiple monitors.

Attempted Fixes: -Closing High Priority Programs -Reverting and Resetting windowed, fullscreen and bordlerless settings -Closing all programs except league of legends -Searched LoL forums as well as tech forums to find 3rd party suggestions to fix problem (tried a dozen of the top working ones, seemed too inconsequential to blab about)

The Blurb: I don't understand why League of Legends does not have an option for the mouse cursor taking priority over other programs yet (known as Confine Mouse Cursor Setting); SC2, Heroes of the Storm, Dota2 and even HoN all have this capability (among countless AAA games and such). If there is a way to do this within league of legends let me know. I don't want an "Auto smart sassy pants setting", but something that hard gives League Priority while I'm in game. I'd really appreciate help! I can not express how simple seeming this problem is, thus unfortunately making it frustrating to me. However, I understand how busy and copious amounts of Nerd Rage you guys receive so props if you read this >.<

Much Love, -CovertMuffin

Typically solved by right clicking on different monitor and putting League back into focus (either by alt+tabbing or clicking taskbar icon.)

When this method did not work, switching League to a different resolution and switching back fixed it.

Hope this helps anyone who reads this in the future.
