Invisible Cleavers - Corporate Mundo Skin

Just played a normal game against a Corporate Mundo top and all of his Q's were invisible. Multiple other people in the game saw it as well. You could see the throwing animation, you could hear it in the air and you could hear the impact audio. However the briefcases's were invisible. I don't know if it was isolated to this single game or just that single skin. If you would look into it however I would greatly appreciate it.
