Can my 20 minute leave buster be removed please......

Last night I was playing ranked and everything was going smoothly until I got to the loading screen. It took more time then usual to load me. I thought it was just my internet since my brother was on the ps4. So when i got into the game I had a problem i experienced before. I couldn't click to go into the shop and i couldn't toggle my character to lock my camera on them. So i couldn't play like i usually do so i told my team that I'll be back. I came back and to find the game went to shit. Yeah we lost and I accept that but I just don't want the 20 minute leaver buster on my account since it was nothing I could've prevented. This is my first post about this either. Has anyone else experienced this?
