Cannot open Client

Wanting to play a game or two before work, so I open the launcher, click launch, and then nothing happens. The Login screen never shows.

There are no other League windows up, but when I click my shortcut in my hot-bar to start league up, it asks if it's alright to terminate the other instance of the launcher. I click yes, of course. Launcher comes up fine, with current info and a nice shiny orange button. But when I click it, the launcher goes away and nothing else shows up. My mouse has the hourglass for a second or so, but then nothing. I tried connecting to EU West instead, and that didn't work. Same problem.
