Quinn/Valor Bug Ranged Valor

Currently a glitch that only occasionally happens on Twisted Treeline (at least to my knowledge) after purchasing Runaan's Hurricane. When you are about to proc Quinn's passive on a minion, you can activate the ultimate at a precise moment and turn into Valor. Valor then continuously can attack from Quinn's ranged using the passive AA animation. Bonus damage does not occur but you do receive Valor's passive speed buff and abilities. A kinda weird glitch.
