Not showing details on champ's powers, shop items and chatroom

I was playing ARAM and I couldn't see my champion Poppy's details on her powers. Not even on the shop items and the chatroom. I couldn't play the game. I saw nothing but pictures on the shop items with no item descriptions. Please help. Thank you
