[CLIENT]Cannot Open Lol Client

Everytime i try to open lol client i get bug splat

I was gonna spectate my friends game but all it did was put me into a black blank screen with nothing i could do so i closed the client all together and tried to re-log into the client but i cant! It just gives me a bugsplat page. Any ideas?

I tried: Ending the process in task manager Running in Administrator and logging off my computer and shutting it down
