[GAMEPLAY] Katarina electrocute combo is still broken

One of katarina's more important combos for poking/utilizing electrocute is q+e+AA. Since the most recent patch, this no longer procs electrocute; you have to q, e, AA, then pick up the dagger after to get it to go off. Electrocute also will not go off if you e onto them on your dagger to pick it up then auto. I don't know if this is intentional but it severely impacts her early and solo poke damage. It shouldn't be like this as electrocute is supposed to go off with 3 damaging hits. If anyone knows if this is being fixed or why it hasn't been, i'd greatly appreciate any information. Thank you!
