Auto Attack Canceling?

I've noticed with each update/patch ,whatever you'd like to call them, I've been having more and more problems with league lately.

I'll start by saying that I am playing on a mac but I am finding I am not the only one having what seems to be perhaps in game ping spikes or just aa canceling today (7/10).

Before the new champ release I started having my league crash when I tried entering normal matches. I'd have to leave it loading after force quitting for quite some time before I even saw my sign in screen. But mostly it would just go right back to trying to reconnect then freeze/crash.

Hopefully that has stopped for good, however now I'm noticing that my in game movement and auto attacking feels off at points (with every champ i've played). Is anyone else noticing something like this? I prefer Kalista and when every 3rd or 4th auto cancels and I stop hopping, I'm dead. And the excitement of the game has decreased quite a bit throughout tonight.

Any advice or info guys?
