[GAMEPLAY] Starting Game with Incorrect Runes

I main Leona, every couple games I've noticed that I've been starting with Aery. I am not editing or changing runes in between games. I noticed this happening if I do not click on my rune page during champ select to make sure the correct rune page is in use.

On another note, I d/c'd from a game that we won and lost LP. Any way to get that LP back after being demoted?
