Serious Problem. Help

Since a few patches, the loading progress when starting a game will get stuck at 60%. The following pause will mostly be between 1 and 4 minutes long. After that the game will continue to load very slowly, if it does. Sometimes however, nothing will happen at all, which is why I have received 10 leaverbusters within the last year which has led me to sit in queue for 200 min and a loss of roughly 160 LP. Rather frustrating I would say. I already tried using the repair tool and even reinstalled. My internet connection is not the problem either as the little wheel in the bottom right corner keeps spinning and my ping usually stays around 20-30. Furthermore I have noticed many other people having this problem, yet noone has found a solution to this problem, which is why I am asking this question. There is an entire discussion about this exact same broblem in the EUW server boards, which lots and lots of people replied to, and not a single Riot employee has reached out to help them. I’m playing on MAC but i know many other PC users having this problem as well. HELP US PLEASE.
