Client and load screen freeze

The client freezes every time it has a transition into a new game and in the load screen (when 100% is loaded).

In TFT, in the load screen, when the 100% is loaded, it freezes and I cannot play until the first roulette is finished (so I always begin with a random character).

In a LOL game, it freezes in character selection screen. I cannot play unless I am the last player to pick. Other way, the game is aborted because the freeze is so long that I cannot pick or ban characters. Also, if I could pick a character (a miracle), when the game is 100% loaded, the client freezes again and I cannot play until minute 2 of the game (so I can pull my jungler, counterjungler or participate in invades).

Once the game start, everything is ok. My ping is low, my fps is high, and I cannot have any problem to play.

Please Riot HELP ME.

PD: I repair the client, but doesn’t work.
