I was banned about 2 months ago for trolling in a game. (It was a bad day) Anyway, I received a 2 week ban and later when the hextech update came out i still cant get loot. Is this a bug or Riot being unreasonable?
It'll go away as long as you don't get reported much. Try to avoid being negative, starting arguments, etc.

I used to have the same problem, I can't remember when but sometime ago it just stopped saying that.
To be clear you weren't banned for a single game mate. And if you truly believe that then you clearly don't understand how your negativity impacts everyone else.
