league will not let me lock in a champion

For some reason when in the lobby for a game, when i select a champion it will not let me lock anything in. it will hover the champion for me but the lock in button is greyed out. this has caused me to dodge probably 10 times in the last week and is extremely frustrating. this is not a connectivity issue because i run a command prompt pinging google.com -t 24/7 on my computer and there are no interruptions when this occurs. please let me know if this is a known bug or what i can do to fix this. thank you

I have been in a game and it wont let me lock in but it will let me ban people and nothing froze its just that and i have been waiting so long just too find a game. PLZ fix this bug

I will do anything to get unbanned because I got banned for the most dumb reason I said one bad word and I got banned I will do anything to get unbanned I will follow the code of conducts again. you can even ban me from chat plz just anything to get unbanned.
