Hextech Crafting Bug [Client]

Whenever you reroll a champion shard, you are to get a champion that you do not own as that reroll. However, I own all but the new Taliyah as of today. When I tried to reroll to get Taliyah it would not give me a shard of her or permanent, as it should. It gives me other champions that I already own.
