ingame connection bug

hi i player with the account of the ign:gamerZ7ousi have recently experienced a bug ingame i was in the middle of the game playing vi jungle and i clicked on the map and when i tried to go back i couldn't as the champion just continued going and i understood it was an internet bug so i watched a video to make sure and my internet was woking perfectly and i even tried to wait for 5 minutes and nothing happned now i unfortunately am going to get banned for no reason because i also tried to exit game and reboot luancher and relog but it said that it's unable to connect to login queue please unban my account it's so annoying and even if you don't i want you guys to please look into it and consider fixing this bug once and for all please this is ruining the game for me and it happned before to soe of my friends too so please help me with all my respect and encouragements for all staff and the whole community and now after the game ended i was able to login why is this happening please
