IP Bug

I bought the 2 rune pages bundle with 6300ip. And the top right IP indication still shows the original amount. To demonstrate this I open another sale window. As you can see in the tiny sale window it shows the correct current IP amount, and the top right of the LoL client window show the incorrect IP amount. Not sure what causes this.

Not sure if this is important. But I used one of my refund token to refund Yorick before I buy the rune pages.

P.S. As a side note, the upload button thing on the board won't load the file after I drag it in, it stayed at 0%. I cannot finish the post that way so I had to use a image share site for the screen shot. Can someone tell me what I did wrong?
