Forums Account Lists Level Incorrectly

Hi, I'm not the one affected by this bug. but I'm posting on behalf of the player affected by this bug because it actually impedes his ability to post on the boards/forums themselves. largefish, a level 30 NA summoner, is unable to post on the boards or forums because they say that he is level 6, and that he must be level 7 or over to post, despite being level 30.

Thank you!
