Wooglet's Witchcap is bugged out :L

Tl;dr Wooglet's witchcap giving 0 bonus ap to all champs on Twisted Treeline last patch -> Maybe this patch too?

Whenever I, or someone buys Wooglet's Witchcap item on Twisted Treeline, it gives 0 bonus ap in the text -> Obviously just the item alone should give ap to increase it by at the very least - However I started looking at the numbers a little more and noticed no significant increase in AP after purchasing it.

Sorry I don't have any screenshots, I have seen it for a while - As well as friends and those summoners of which I fought against. I thought Riot would be aware of this bug so I didn't grab a screenshot. If you really need me to I will go into the game just to buy the item and give a screenshot.

Oh yeah and it seems to be on anyone - although my last memory was it occurring on Annie senpai.

Might be worth mentioning this was Patch 6.1 and may have continued into Patch 6.2 as it wasn't in the patch notes.
