Invisible Champions in Ranked (PLEASE LOOK)[GAMEPLAY]

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LOOK. I was playing a ranked game and ashe and shyv both did not apear in tab, neither did they appear in the game. I did not see any animations accept ashe frost and blue smite. I dont know how to prove cause i doubt you will see what i see and i have no video evidence but this is a serious bug. Please help me out
