[GAMEPLAY] BUG QUINN ULTIMATE

Don't know how to reproduce it but it happened in an ARAM about a week ago. I died while in my Quinn ultimate and I was stuck in bird form. I did not have the improved movespeed or any of the other positive effects of the ult. Death, recasting ult, and relogging did not fix the problem. The only ability that appeared to work was E. Basically all I could do is E and auto attack. If it helps, it happened during my last Aram quinn game about a week prior to this post.
