Nope...Enemy champion. Says so in the Patch Notes too.

see the thing is... why would i give armor and magic resist to enemy champion? i play support mainly... that will mess up my adc's defend by given enemy adc and sup more armor and mr to them from me....

I think you misunderstood that, it means YOU will gain armor and magic resist when ENEMY champs are near you, not the other way around.

lol thay need to make it clear.... it threw me off with "for enemy champion"...

it is clear already. "grants armor to each enemy champion" is different from "grants armor for each enemy champion".

it is clear, learn reading comprehension. This mastery was in the defensive tree for 2 years (season 4 and 5), with 0 confusion.

my reading comprehension is fine... it doesn't hurt to put grants in front of it....

No no..it gives YOU armor and magic resist for each nearby enemy.

Think Irelia or Wukong passive.

that makes sense...

says "enemy champions"

You misunderstand, it gives YOU armor and magic resist for each enemy NEAR YOU. It doesn't give the enemy anything.
