I HAVE BEEN THROUGH 5-7 BANS AND STILL NOT IN Q

Riot,please fix my bug on the oce account,"Flaming0 Blu3".The problem is that when i finish a ban it goes on to the next then the next one and so on,I get on to my 5th and final ban and at this point i have been waiting for 100 miniutes(1 hour and 40 min) with out a singel ban and after that 5th ban it still shows yet another 20 min ban.I am sorry that i have had to complain but please RIOT fix your system![zombie-nunu-tears] PLEASE RIOT PLEASE!
