Ranked Bug (as in, my rank)

Ill copy and paste what I sent to riot support, as it explains what I have encountered:

https://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/53benz/i_just_played_a_ranked_game_and_a_weird_bug/ My reddit thread explains it pretty well, but basically I just played a series (was Win - Loss) and in the third game, I won, but instead of ranking me up to silver 3 from my current rank of silver 4, instead the game reset the series and made it so I have to play all 3 games again. So i'm currently wondering if Riot can do anything to get my rank to where it deserves (stomped on the game), and see the source of this bug.
