Caitlyn Q bug

This is from years, I do not know if you classified that for normal may be, but for me is not. I don't play much with Caitlyn and saw this bug now. When I use E skill and immediately use Q, Caitlyn shoot a net and move and some shoot is appears from her previous place.

I did not have an opportunity to make video and copy link to another video that show that bug in 21/24sec.
