Riot Points Gone? And Username Changed?

So I'm here to report two problems I've had.

The first one being, that I had gotten some riot points and I tried to gift a friend. It kept repeating and saying something had gone wrong. Maybe it was because he was suspended. So I brushed it off, but then my league points were taken away although the gift didn't even send it to him. So I got my league points taken away for no reason. I reported this before but it seems no one really looked at my report.

Now for the thing that has happened today. I logged in and someone had changed my name. So I'm just really confused, and it showed that I had changed my name the same day I have logged in. My blue essence is gone so they obviously got it by using all of it. Anyways, I hope someone can help me and is there anyway I can change my password to make sure no one gets into my account?
