Not connecting into pre-game lobby

screenshot says it all ... after I accepted ranked match my client looked like this ... i saw my own status "in champoion select" but couldnt get into, i heard sounds of banning phase etc ...
all i can say now is rip 3lp and wait 5 mins for a game ...
