Kindred Bug ( Passive )

I've been playing a lot with kindred and noticed this particular thing. Whenever you kill 2 champs that you marked and they are BOTH in cooldown, if you kill a third ( while with mark), that 3rd champ wont have a cooldown and you can mark him again.
