[Gameplay] Soraka Max Health Cost on Astral Infusion (W)

Her W (Astral Infusion) states:

COST: 10% MAXIMUM HEALTH + 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 MANA PASSIVE: Each enemy champion hit by Starcall heals Soraka, increased by 1% for every 1% of Soraka's missing health. ACTIVE: Soraka blesses a friendly unit, restoring its health. Astral Infusion cannot be self-cast, and nor can it be cast if Soraka is below 5% of her max health. So, it costs 10% Max health, but cannot be cast when below 5% max health. What about the gap between 5-10% max health? If I cast it with 7% of my max health, do I die?? The answer is no. I just tested it in a custom, and the cost is reduced. I couldn't test if the healing done was reduced, as I am lazy. But still... This should all be fixed for clarity. Don't you think?

I will follow up with further testing

That's pretty much how all health cost abilities works. Mundo's Burning Agony will run till he hits 1 HP then shuts off.

If they wanted this champ as another sacrifice support they should have given her an even stronger R that chew up a ton of her health. And her passive seems so weak and useless. What if instead flowers sprang up on death and granted health regen buffs to allies? If this chick is such a wrist slitter and Rito refuses to do something sane about it, at least make her heals even more compelling and complex.
