Leaver (Remake) Bug

Client crashed or didn't want to load me into the game. After successfully loading into the game ( i didn't miss anything, i loaded in on the loading screen with everyone else and entered the game with everyone else)

After the game started the enemy team invaded us and lost the exchange 2 kills to 1 ( i even got an assist and talked to the enemy team). Once I got red buff our Ahri who was 0-0-0 and unresponsive in helping the invade started a FF at 3 minutes. we voted NO 3 votes and 2 people hit yes. 3 NO votes and the game ended saying I never connected and that I wasn't in the game. I took a screen shot of the post screen showing that it says i left and got -17 LP for it.

I was in the game, playing. I've never seen this happen before. Been playing league since beta and there are still bugs.
