Didn't recieve Hunter's Emote! Requirements were met

I just cleared the misison with the requirements needed, matchmade pvp, Project Icon equipped and finished the game under 33 minutes. Still the game decided to not give me the emote.

Anyways, just want people to know that this probably can happen if the game is close to 33 minutes.
