When i click the incon of League of Legends it loads a while and then it says >''pvp.net patcher kernel has stopped working''< When will this be fixed ?

mine just freezes it brings fulll item 3070 to my eyes

mine always freezes then crashes, and then i have to do a que wait thing because of that.
