Wrong in-game time for a couple of my buddies

For a long time now, one of my friends that I have played with has been showing weird in-game times whenever he is playing. Is there a way I can fix this or is the problem on his end? In the attached picture, it says he is in game for 550 minutes, which is obviously wrong. His in game time has never been correct and he's the only one on my list like this. Help please!
