Triple summoners? Flash, Smite and Exhaust?

So, as I was playing a game as Udyr, I did trash by the way, the enemy seemed to have an extra exhaust. Let me elaborate, as I was fighting the Vi, with no exhaust according to the score board, I was exhausted out of no where. I was guessing that maybe Lux, who has exhaust, was top side and exhausted me and did not pay attention. Second incident, I was doing a 1v1 with the Vi knowing for well sure that there was no enemies around and I was exhausted and immediately lost the fight. But wait, there's one last incident. During the last fight Lux and Varus had fallen and basically Yasuo and Riven were going in on the G.P and Orianna as I was fighting Vi as well knowing they had it in the bag and out of nowhere they say they were exhausted as well! At the end screen we bring up the exhaust incident and Vi out of nowhere acts like she was being blamed, though we did not call Her out on the incident she still acted guilty saying, "What? Exhaust? I have chilling smite. Lol" Though that may not be the exact words but it was still on the same lines. I then confront the Yasuo of the game and he confirmed my suspicion.

This is a very weird incident and I don't know if anything has happened in the past but it was super suspicous and I hope a mod can help me with this problem.
