[GAMEPLAY]Item Undo Button Action takes back health/mana points too

Hello,

I find that bug really serious because you can lose all of your health if you bought the item while you were 100 hp or something. What happens is described step by step;

1- you buy an item from shop as you were healing in the fountain 2-use undo button to give that item back 3-game automatically takes back the health and mana points as well

So, the reason of the taking back is for the items that gives health and mana points. But, it should not take back the health/mana points that you got while you are in fountain.

I think that is a bug and can cause funny moments like karthus ult, jinx ult etc. can kill you if you use undo button and got to the low health point again...
