After Game Bug

Hi Riot,

After a ranked game with myself and another player, I was duo queuing with we won the game and clicked continue, then the data didn't load for that game and after 5mins of waiting we skipped the data. We then noticed that the game we had just played had not been registered nor had the LP we should have gained so we both logged. After we logged back in it had us on the reconnect screen where the only option was to reconnect to the game, so we tried and obviously the game has ended so it said there isn't a game being played so we left and it came right back to the reconnect screen,

I have tried logging and even restarting League of Legends entirely and still have not fixed the problem, If you can help us with this then that would be much appreciated
