Help Big RP Problem

Hello My brother recently got some rp bought from his friend in Australia. His friend has a billing plan where he has unlimited text messaging with a monthly maximum of 600$. He bought it for my little brother and I was wondering if that was legal. He said it just goes into his plan not billed cause he payed for the plan. My brother only bought 1 skin with the rp and has the rest in his account. It's not some crazy amount though only a few thousand. Is this ok or should we remove all the rp bought from this method. He said he never had a problem in the past with this. (Friend)

what? 1 - I don't understand what RP and some texting plan have in common. 2 - The account holder should ask through support.riotgames.com

You probably won't get red attention here, try submitting a ticket on the support site

Personally, I think its legal and ok for riot, they still get paid by the phone company, but the company most likely would feel otherwise.
