The disconnection issue has been going on for 3 days now and still no fix. On NA I saw there is something saying about avast causing the problem but I don't have avast on my pc. I have avg and I tried turning off my firewall and the anti-virus and it's still happening. Also yesterday it only happened in 1 match then after that the game worked fine. So please just fix the game it's been way too long for a game breaking glitch like this to not get fixed. [slayer-jinx-unamused]

Same here. Yesterday i played one random game and then everything was fine, today i have same problem again. Cant even join sandbox mode. Restarted my pc and i could join back to my aram game for few minutes and then got disconnected. Strangest thing is that everyone in my friendlist is playing right now. None of my friends experienced the problem.

Same, today i've been trying to join 2 games and both I couldn't even see the login screen! Everything was "reconnect" then i would click it and, it would refresh "Reconnect" Tried it in custom mode after repairing too! still nothing! Doing a full uninstall/reinstall and if nothing then...erf.....

Disabled AVG Firewall and Windows Firewall, still NO FIX. Try again with a better statement than the bug just being an antivirus conflict.

There client is connected to the web browser that is mostly why there are so many issues. They did this so players have to focus on the game over watching you tube videos or other things. You can test it your self by opening up the web browser, and then trying to play a match. you will notice the client start to slow, and crash every few secs while the browser is open.

just logged into the game and it was patching,now error and says you dont appear to be connected to our download servers,i have PANDA antivirus i think the error is related to firewalls,cause i just enabled windows firewall before testing this
I have neither AVG nor Avast and i'm having the same issue of just being randomly disconnected in game, and it's usually around 25-30 minutes into the game each time.

Avast and AVG is the same company ,ununstall it then try the game !
Its occurring to me as well, i do not use AVAST, and for me it occurs every 2 games or so. Its really annoying but if you ALT+F4 and leave the game, then exit the client as well, then reload the client and login and reconnect, the game should work fine and have no connection issues for the rest of the game you are currently in.

Some of my friends complained about the ping problems but seems like it left me unaffected. Might just be the client side or ISP-side issue that is causing the disconnecting.
There are tons of things that can cause your network to lag. Here a couple of suggestions:
• Reset or change your router (Unplug, wait a few minutes then plug back in and wait until all the led lamps are on) or call your ISP for hardware maintenance. I changed my router a few months ago because it was outdated. it caused my network to disconnect very often • Update your virtual drivers (Gfx, OS) • Download some optimization software (I suggested https://latencyoptimizer.com/en/ a few weeks ago to a friend) • Try switching to second best gateway • Try scanning your pc for viruses (Some corrupt files can cause latency problems)

I'm really envious of you guys who can just Alt+F4 the client and then start the game and reconnect... I HAVE TO RESTART THE WHOLE PC to be able to reconnect again.... for about 2-3 minutes... and then I get disconnected again... so I have to restart the PC once more... and then I start the game and it gets AppHangB1 (or so) on loading screen, so I have to taskkill it, and then I can reconnect, for as I've said about 2-3 minutes until I get randomly disconnected again. Can send few dumps that actually were created on some of the crashes as most of them just did not ask for that.
FIX THE GAAAAAAME
This just happened to me and I'm raging inside because I was in queue for a ranked game. Selected my champion and it disconnected me. Now I have a queue dodge timer... Friend in queue with me got the same error. I don't have Avast, AVG, or any antivirus, windows firewall is off. This is the first time it's happened to me but I'm pissed.
