No health bars bug

So first of all, I've already experienced this bug multiple times but it was pretty rare and I didnt really mind it happening once or twice. So this bug is basically what the title says : I cant see anyone's health bars, not my team's, not the enemy team's. This makes it pretty difficult since I can't see how much HP a person has, also at the beginning of the game I forget who is on my team sometimes because noone has health bars. This bug was less frequent before (few weeks ago) but now it got much more frequent and it got worse. How did it get worse? Well now about after 10min ingame my client simply freezes and I can't close the game so the only way out is to shut my pc down. If someone has a solution for this or if someone knows why this keeps happening please tell me. Thanks.
