Mouse isn't registering right clicks

I don't know if it is just me, but sometimes when I am right clicking to move or attack, the game doesn't register my clicks. Sometimes my character would move on it's own as if there was a long delay. I just have a regular Logitech M100 so it isn't anything to fancy, just plug and play. I have unplugged numerous of times and reinstalled drivers, but nothing seems to work.
